Before Your Visit

• Stop doing laundry, and stop vacuuming, which is all a waste of your time. Head Lice will not travel off a human scalp unless it's going immediately onto another human scalp.
   
• Please make sure you have shampooed your hair several times with regular shampoo if you have used an over the counter lice shampoo such as Rid or Nix .This is to remove any residues of the chemicals. We do not like to work with our hands in the chemicals
   
• Please have hair brushed or combed. Snarls make the process much slower.
   
• DVDs, snacks, and drinks are welcome. We have a DVD player in the office.
   
• By appointment only. Please come on time so we can serve you better. If you are running late please give us a call.
